As a Google Data Center construction lead, Mallika (at right with her dog Tooley) oversees risks, people, and plans as they pertain to construction. She's involved in multiple initiatives that focus on workforce development training, mental health awareness initiatives for construction workers, and empowering women and other underinvested communities.
I love challenges and variety. I get bored doing the same thing over and over. Because each construction project is so unique, it allows me to exercise my skills and access variety.
