                        After surviving a rare form of cancer, Lea Hurley struggled to find snacks her body could tolerate. She began hand-mixing her own healthy nut butters at home, sprinkling in candy for her sweet tooth. She shared a few jars with friends and colleagues — and it was a hit. In 2018, Lea founded American Dream Nut Butter as a family-run operation. Lea uses Google Ads, including Performance Max campaigns powered by Google’s AI, to help people find her products.
 
                        Janus Motorcycles is unlike traditional vehicle manufacturers. They sell their bikes directly to customers online, instead of through a dealer network. The company uses AdWords, Google’s advertising program, to market their bikes to motorcycle enthusiasts across the country. Watch their story.

The Skilled Trades and Readiness (STAR) Program works alongside organizations, like Ivy Tech Community College and others, to prepare new-to-industry talent for entry-level careers in construction and skilled trades, helping to support a robust workforce in the Indiana community we call home.
