Horndal, Sweden
In development

Data centres are the physical backbone of our digital world. They house the essential infrastructure that allows citizens, companies, and governments to connect and run everyday digital services, the internet, and artificial intelligence around the clock.

Google’s data centre in Horndal is designed to support Sweden’s growing digital infrastructure while contributing to the local community. Our first data centre facility in Horndal will use air-cooled technology, and we’re building it ready for off-site heat recovery, creating opportunities for excess heat to support local homes and businesses in the future.
